Corporate EHS learning

Corporate EHS learning, made practical.

Try the Safety Attitude course, work through two practice scenarios, and explore a learning handoff checklist.

These portfolio demonstrations show learning design in practice. Follow your approved workplace training and procedures.

Safety Attitude

Start with a fictional workplace shift. Decide how to respond when a shortcut raises a safety concern.

Designing a modular safety learning experience

The six-module architecture breaks a broad safety orientation into focused topics. Each topic connects an objective with practice and a knowledge check.

The need

Group related workplace decisions into focused topics. Give learners a chance to practise and understand the reasoning behind each response.

The learners

The design addresses workplace learners, including employees, temporary workers, and visitors. Role-specific content and site procedures require review by the responsible workplace owner.

Available artifacts

Curriculum architecture, module storyboards, scenario-based checks, and implementation specifications support the case study.

What the design demonstrates

My contribution

I develop workplace safety training videos as part of my corporate training work. This anonymized case study illustrates related curriculum structure, scenario design, and training handoff practices.

Design decisions

Use one observable decision per question; explain why each response matters; allow a retry; keep controls visible and operable with a keyboard; separate a learning demonstration from a workplace qualification.

Choose the approved process

Objective: Given a task with an unavailable approved resource, choose to pause and obtain the approved alternative rather than improvise.

This fictional scenario adapts the decision-and-feedback pattern found in Module 6. It does not reproduce an internal policy or provide safety certification.

Scenario 1 of 2

You are preparing a routine task. The approved resource is missing, and a colleague offers a familiar substitute that has not been approved. What do you do first?

Scenario 2 of 2

You find two versions of the procedure. One has a newer filename, but neither shows a clear approval status. What is your next step?

Why this is a learning sample

The task requires a decision, not recall of a slide. Feedback explains the reasoning, and the retry supports practice. Completion is local to this page. No learner records, certification, or LMS tracking are created.
